Pre orders are given priority access and delivered to you via email within 24 hours of race day. You will get 2 (two) separate clips from your race run plus any additional footage we happen to grab of you;) Podiums included!
You are guaranteed 2 clips minimum*. If you want us to make a custom edit for you, please select that option at checkout. Otherwise, you are responsible for cutting & putting together your own edit...we just provide the footage:)
*PLEASE NOTE: We don't know definitively where we are going to film on course until Saturday evening- that's when the Camera examples will go up. We do know Cam A will be at a key spot higher up on course and Cam B will be at a Heckle/High energy spot lower on course. Have faith that we will get some sick clips of you no matter what!

This option is for a single clip only. Please see below for an example of where the Camera(s) were on course. We stay in the same section per Category, so your video won't look much different than what you see below. Find your Category and mentally choose either "Camera A" or "Camera B". On the order page (Click "ORDER NOW", below), you can choose which camera location you prefer a clip from. Link delivered via email.

FAQ
What if I want a Vertical/Reel format version of my run?
We film in Landscape orientation because it ensures that we don't miss any part of you or the track, and so we can deliver them in the quickest way possible. You can always crop in your phone, or a video editing app. We do our very best to keep you, the subject, front and center to make this process easy to do. We recommend CapCut, it's free and easy to crop a 9:16 version. Additionally, if you just don't want to mess with this or don't have the time, we offer a 9:16 version of your clip or Bundle of clips for an extra $5 and $10, respectively. Just select the 9:16 format option in checkout.
What is a "CustoM edit?"
This option is available for preorders only, so we have time to find you on Saturday and get some B-roll clips of you and your practice runs. If you podiumed, we include a clip from that as well! We make a special recap edit, about 30-45 seconds in length, that you can share with your family and friends. We don't care if you cut clips or rearrange them. It's yours to do with what you please. Just be sure to tag @nw_cup and @heathercarterphoto!
Can I share with and/or tag my sponsors in my clip(s)?
Of course. We just want the opportunity to provide sick clips for the racers at NW Cup. We offer an all-in-one pricing solution that allow you to share these clips with your Sponsors to post and tag you on their platforms, too. The only Caveat is that they cannot use said clip(s) to directly sell a product or service. They can brag about you being their athlete, though!
What if my sponsor wants a commercial release/license?
No problem! They just have to inquire via email or fill out my Contact form and then we will send an invoice. The post-event costs are $75 per clip, $150 per bundle (2-4 separate clips), or $250 per custom edit.
